You might say this is really our bread and butter! Bread is at the heart of the inception of The Leeky Fig, and we love making that dough! Below is a small selection of options, but we can make most anything you’d like, just let us know! Any of our whole grains can also be incorporated in your loaf, including Einkorn, Emmer/Farro, Buckwheat, Spelt, Whole Wheat, Rye, Rolled Oats, or Multigrain.
